"I arrived without an appointment but was met with a courteous greeting from Jon who let me know the time that he could fit me in - an hour later, after finishing a night shift I did spend the hour waiting in the shop and whilst I was waiting I watched both Jon and his colleague deal with customers and a constantly ringing phone in a professional and prompt manner - then it came to my hair cut, having not been to a barbers for a long time I told Jon what I was aiming for - and he delivered, the cut was done with excellent banter and humour and the result shows the level of experience that he has in the business - very pleased with the result and will be making sure to book an appointment next time as this will now become my barbers of choice. £9 isn't enough for what you get - I would have happily paid £20 for the cut and the service."
