"First time in this salon. Went in a little over week ago for a cut and colour. Asked for chocolate brown. My roots came out brassy/red and a completely different colour than the rest of my hair which was chocolate brown. I was asked if I liked it and I said it looks red/brassy in the roots and was told by the hair dresser that it was supposed to look like that. So I left knowing I would need to get it fixed somewhere else and I would never return to the salon. I received an email from the salon the next day asking to leave a review, which I did outlining the above information. I then got a call from the salon saying if I wasn’t happy I should have said something and to come back in if I wanted it fixed. So I agreed and took time off work to go in. Sat down in chair and the hair dresser looked at my hair, asked someone else to come look at it. They both told me my roots were not a different colour than the rest of my hair and there is nothing they can do. Complete waste of time. If you really care about your customers being happy then you want them leaving satisfied and happy. Do not call your customers back in to argue with them and let them leave even more dissatisfied not only now about their hair and the service you provided but now even more upset about the way they have been treated by you. I went to a salon in my village and they fixed my hair with a toner on the spot. Stay away from this place!!! They do not care about the quality of their service nor do they care about their customers leaving satisfied loving their new hair!"

"I have been seeing Sam for a year now. She is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I wouldn’t trust no body else with my skin. Excellent service, amazing care and very respectful to different cultures. I did Crystal Clear facial before the short and long versions and there were very nice. I did Carbon facial today and I saw the difference straight away after the facial. Sam is amazing and she is an expert who knows how to make you feel so good about yourself. "Amazing! Elle is so lovely and I absolutely love my hair so much! The deals are also so so good! The salon is clean and tidy and looks like it’s recently all been done up! The staff are all super sweet and friendly and gave me the Wi-Fi password and two lattes. I had such a relaxing afternoon and I honestly cannot wait for my next appointment with Elle.
