"After ringing on several occasions regarding my son I have come across a male receptionist who answers the phone detering you away from needing to contact the necessary people. I have encountered his lethary and sighs and feeling like I am a burden for ringing, my son is on the verge of maybe having to be hostpitalised and to reach his team is very important, my son rang new brook even though he is unwell and said he was running out of medication, my son has been left in the community after 2 weeks of home visits and now we have no idea about my son's support or medication, this male receptionist told my son he had to go through his GP?? Why would he say this to him without contacting his team? On one occasion I rang to say my son was approaching the public and needed urgent help and this same male receptionist said "well we do what we can" so hap hazards, awful absolutely awful communication,"
