"Penny Harrison is an absolute credit to the hospital. I can't thank her enough for taking the time she did to help and to listen to me today after almost 6 months of no/little help from other departments elsewhere."
"Would have been 5 stars but for the rude cynical woman on reception. (Ginger Syndrome possibly). Darren was a very nice man and cleaned up and dressed my wound perfectly. Was in and out in no time."
"I had a very pleasant experience at the minor injury unit here. From the reception, the nurse, to the radiologist, everybody is very caring. The unit is clean, tidy and not so busy even on the weekend. I got seen and diagnosed pretty much straight away. Would recommend this MIU for non urgency symptoms. Thank you ever so much everyone at The Princess of Wales MIU for your help!"
"quick wait time for minor injuries, but the doctor that we had been see too was making rude comments and condescending. no manners what so ever, and assumed we were the ones in the wrong. horrible behaviour from someone who is meant to be caring and professional."
"Great disabled parking area right at the main entrance. Electric charge here too. My appointment was 1825 so clearly outpatient longer hours to try to catch up the backlog. Well done to the staff, but they are still forced to work with Covid safety measures. Mask and hand sanitizer are easy and quick for patients. However limiting the appointments to 3 or four an hour in each clinic is perhaps an area that could be reviewed in all the NHS. Hospital cleanliness here is almost beyond reproach, and all the staff I encountered were both very helpful and polite. Also the medical staff seemed competent and knowledgeable. An easy 6/5 from me"
