On the morning I recieved a timely notification of pick up and a couple of days later, received a call to confirm the repairs to be carried out. "With the exception of Mark and Chris, staff here have been rude/patronising towards me on most of my encounters. I can't believe staff would mock my car within my earshot. It's a shame that places still treat women as if they don't know anything a about their cars, I had to fight to prove they hadn't repaired the light properly! Will not use again.
