"I came to this repair shop for a TINTED back window replacement. I SPECIFIED I wanted a TINTED window. In person & on text. (So in simple, black & white, not hard to understand is it). These incompetent lot fitted a SCRATCHED non-tinted window?! Still took the money even though I specified this is not the service I asked for. They had the nerve to tell me they don’t tint windows & this is how it comes & it’s not their problem? THEN DONT TOUCH MY CAR. DONT DO A JOB YOU KNOW YOU CANT DO. Anyway. Long story short, waste of money & time & brain cells. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service."
