"Worst surgery in Hall green, seen several patient upset every time when we visited.hours of phone waiting,still no face to face appointment. Hardly Dr only nurses. Rude staff top to bottom. After month waiting when seen by nurse she can only deal with one problem at a time as they very busy as you can see in photo. All my friends and family changed surgery, going to change."

A lovely lady took me to a small room and was kind and understanding. I was seen by a doctor who was fantastic. "The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She took lots of details of my issue, spoke to the GP and made me an appointment. She was also very empathetic. My only issue was I had called in the morning and used the call back service. This should have called me when it was my place in the queue but there was no call back after 5 hours, so I had to call in again."
