"I needed new wiper blades for my 2017 Renault Captur and had been told by two well known national service organisations that they could not get the correct items and that Renault had probably changed the spec. I contacted Wilson spares department and explained my problem to Owen. He found the parts and reserved them for me. I went there next day, the parts were waiting and a techie fitted them in a few minutes. Obviously there had been no change in spec. Excellent service from what was clearly a very busy department."
"No parking any were for customers, on the few occasions I've needed parts for my fiat it's difficult to get someone out to the counter, it took a third ring of the bell after roughly 10min ,I also had to ring back after over a week to see if they were in as I hadn't had a call to be told they were ,the very small plastic clips (5 pack) cost £14 the car car maybe cheap the parts certainly are not ,not much fun having to go there."
"Its a bit like a grim hospital waiting room during covid here, sparse, not welcoming, really odd, they need to take a look at Mercedes over the road for how to make customers feel at home. Definitely wont be returning to this one, parking is a nightmare as well, seemed to service the car OK but thats about it..."
"Car broke down last night. RAC recovered the car to the service centre. Went there today, been told they are super busy. When I can book it in. 3 WEEKS they said. ‘Oooooo but you can take it to Croydon’ ermmmmmm how can I take it there? It doesn’t drive. So I’m expected to leave the car there for three weeks before they can tell me what the issue is! Terrible."
"Serviced our Renault Zoe. All pretty efficient and the car was washed and hoovered and topped up with charge... so that was all good. Only probs is £120 seems a bit of a lot for an EV service... no oil and filter, spark plugs or air filter here."
