"I went here recently to book a MOT. I said hello to to the woman sitting in the 'office' she didn't reply and just looked at me. She said speak to him. Which I did. I told him the side door of my van was protruding, and can that be done at the same time. He said the man who does that is on holiday. So I simply asked if I could book it for when he comes back. He then got confrontational/ aggressive and said you're not listening to me. Of course I went somewhere else. ZERO STARS"

"I went to have my car tested for its MOT. No booking to do; just turn up and wait. It was a cold and wet day. The staff were friendly and jocular and the time passed pleasantly. The only slight downside was using the waiting area while the car was tested. Although in the dry, the seating area is cramped and very cold. Contrary to my expectations the car passed at a cost of £54.85. If my car’s still running, I’ll happily use Ram’s again next year."

Then Tracey kindly said she would put my car into safe storage. I'm very satisfied and grateful with the repair. There prices are very reasonable aswell.
