"Avoid avoid avoid, cowboys purchased a reconditioned engine from then which burned oil after 6 months took it back to them before supposed 1 year warranty and they claimed it was fine which I knew it wasn't know having to get second mechanic to repair valve stem oil seals. Crooks"
"Perfect Auto get 5 stars from me. When the engine went on my Golf I spent a lot of time and effort researching solutions. The more I read and the more garages I spoke to I realised that the engine industry is rife with dodgy suppliers and garages and the work done and parts supplied by them could never be verified, and warranty useless - and for this many places charge top dollar too! After a while though I came across Peter who had some parts listed on eBay. On the phone Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the workshop was not far from me so I thought I'd book the job in. I could not be happier with the service I received. Perfect Auto is provide a thoroughly professional service you can rely on that I would characterise as fair and honest. After a few weeks an issue came up and I had to return, but they were only too happy to help me and did so quickly and easily at no additional cost. They insist I am always welcome to return any time and they will help in any way possible. I am writing this 9 months after my job was completed and I can say that I'm glad I picked the right garage - I've had almost a year of trouble-free motoring, and at a price and level of service that couldn't be matched elsewhere. I'm now a regular customer, so if you're uncertain or nervous about a major engine problem, like I was, rest assured there is decent help at hand."
