"Genuinely excellent service from Luke and Zac completing an advanced ceramic coating on my new vehicle. Luke provided a very clear explanation prior and detailed updates throughout the process via photos and WhatsApp. Despite being a new car the dealer prep was shockingly bad and in fact potentially damaging (heavy swirling on black paint and chemical staining). Luke and Zac did extensive preparation to remove the swirling and restore to factory finish. Totally clear now without swirling and they fixed chemical staining from dealer, plus staying on leather steering wheel. Ceramic coating looks amazing and peace of mind to protect the new paint. Can’t say more than brilliant and the enthusiasm and pride in their work which both Luke and Zac showed was inspiring and ultra professional. They clearly enjoy their work and even thanked me for the pleasure of working on my car. Cost transparency throughout and ceramic coatings aren’t cheap but I could see the amount of work done and thankfully I didn’t fall into the trap of a discount offer from the dealer at collection which would have only sealed in all the damage they did. Criminal that this dealer sells a new car from the factory and causes such damage. Thanks Luke and Zac a great experience from start to finish."
