"I have bought a bed for every room in my house and also recommended H Living to both family and friends. The design of their beds is amazing and to be quite frank, their mattresses speak for themselves. The mattress I sleep on, Mr Hyder helped and advised which mattress would best suit me based on a few questions that I was asked and whether I like a soft or hard mattress. "Negative stars if I could. Very poor service first in delivery and lack of communication at every end. Can't comment about the bed yet as we haven't used it. We needed to return the bed as it's not going up the stairs due to nature of the design of headboard. I have another bed of same height and had no problems taking it upstairs however since the design of the headboard of Hyder bed is such that it has no legs at the end, we could not take it via stairs to the desired room. When we requested for refund and also mentioned that we are thinking of getting a replacement bed from you still were asked to pay 60 pounds for collection and lady on the phone was very rude. I never leave a negative comment but this lady was awfully rude and customer service is terrible so I would STRONGLY SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY!!!"
