"I was taken from West London to Stansted Airport today. After being quoted £90 for the ride, upon arrival the driver told me I can only pay cash. I told him that no one has given me this information when I booked and that I can pay him by card. Driver then charged me additional £2 pounds for the debit card payment which is by the way ILLEGAL!!!! Never using this service again :)"
"It has been a while since we used all-time. In fact, I think it may have been the first time I used them sober! A great driver took us to Heathrow, and was similar on our return. Both times drivers arrived on time and could be tracked. I'll certainly use them again."
"My experience of this taxi service was wonderful (Uxbridge branch). They didn't raise any issues with me taking my pet into the car, the telephone communications were very prompt and efficient, I was updated by text to confirm booking and driver's destination, and the driver was very professional - arrived ahead of schedule (which was particularly important as I was on a deadline) and was very friendly - most would not tolerate a whining pet in their car! Very reasonable price compared to some of the other taxi services I have used. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you!"
