"Absolutely terrible four visits to this garage three bad experiences, they are nice to your face until they have your business and money then treat you like you don't exist, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE just fob you off don't give your hard earned cash to thi company I did cos they were local but I would never go here again, loads of places around with people who treat you like your human and not a cash machine."
"Because this garage is near where my Mum lives I took my car for and MOT. The left dipped light wasn't working - I knew that but forgot to mention it. They failed me on that and a loose handbrake. I got the bulb fitted elsewhere and adjusted the handbrake from a Youtube Video. The handbrake was half as tight when I returned the car for the re-test. He took it in and brought it straight out again telling me the handbrake wasn't right. I said, Can you fix it. He said he couldn't because he didn't know what was wrong with it!!? Their computers were down was the reason he gave. Anyway, cut a long story. Very unhelpful. Pretty miserable and unfriendly. I will never go back."
