"Went for 1st time today for a cut and blow with Jade. Unfortunately the heat got to me but Jade and her mum looked after me. 1 ice lolly iced water and blinds down and Jade was able to finish. She has done a lovely job with my very thick and unruly hair. Thank you both"
"I usually avoid hairdressers and have always dyed my own hair but after allowing some work on my hair by a previous hairdresser my hair became that damaged I needed expert help! The first time I came Tracy took me under her wing and since then I always will come back to these guys! Being made to feel at ease and not to be judged makes that time for relaxation to which it should be that feeling, if your looking for hairdressers that won't judge or come out with sarcastic comments this is the place you need! Lovely touches like coffee, biscuits and the head massage during my wash were an unexpected delight. The expert advice was very helpful. I wouldn't use any other salon now I've experienced element5.
