"There seems to be a common theme appearing in the reviews over the last six months so I would suggest that there is perhaps a customer service issue developing here. An utter waste of time attending to have a wheel alignment carried out to be turned away after sitting in the waiting area for over an hour. Never return phone calls and complained that I did not give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. When a solution was in fact suggested I was informed they were too busy and couldn't possibly correct the mistake they had made. My advice here is don't waste your time. All staff have telephones on their respective desks but it would appear they are all broken, or at least do not make outgoing calls. Staff deny ever having spoken to you etc etc... Try Motus Commercials Hatfield instead."

"Asked to have a vehicle recovered, was informed over the phone to email the transport group. heard nothing after, and the vehicle was not recovered. rang the following day to find out what happened after no one replied to the email- was informed "they couldn't do it " - Thanks for telling me a day later AGS..... guy on the phone didn't care, didn't offer any solution. Total rubbish service, Don't use."
