"I was meant to see one of the hairdressers Sarah and got completely ghosted, got to the shop and it was closed and she wouldn't answer my calls or texts. She later explained after I had to call the barbershop that her daughter had been hospitalised in the morning. Well the appointment was at 5pm, not the morning. Still not a reason to not answer any calls or texts even till the next day and me having to chase them up for answers."
