"Over the moon in love with my daughters bed.. the QUALITY is first class, the design it’s second to none, VERY STRONG and STURDY - Two of us cannot even move it! I LOVEE IT. "My broken bed where the legs broke off (that I was somewhat given compensation for) has now left huge deep scratches on my hard wood floors after moving it to paint my walls this morning. A bed is a big piece of furniture we use for years. You should be able to move it and use it without without it ruining your home. I can’t understand how something as basic as a bed can cause me this many issues. 20% compensation was given due to a fault that was not mine which I accepted at the time but now that the bed still giving me further problems months down the line I am really not happy. They should have really given me a full refund so I could buy a new one, OR sent me a replacement headboard with legs that actually aren’t broken. It’s not hard."
