"Been with Mom today .. Excellent service from all the staff .. If only there was refreshments machine in A & E itself ..."
"I really can't complain about my treatment at Walsall Manor Hospital I've been looked after incredibly well by both doctors and nurses. Thorough examinations around my heart, BP & pulse anomalies are well sorted .. a thank you doesn't seem enough."
"Receptionists at first stop were a little unhelpful but the department in both a&e and urgent treatment centre, were getting busier towards the evening. Really nice nurses & doctor in both departments. Keep up the good work. It took 3hrs start to finish. #SUPPORTTHENHS"
"Well, what can I say. Rude receptionists for a start. Weren't that many people waiting, and received a message to say waiting time was roughly 4 hours. A group of drunk teens seemed to take president over people with actual injuries, including a poor gent and his partner, who were spoken to terribly (and brought in via ambulance as he had a serious head injury) waited and waited, ending up sending a friend to search for a drink after being there for hours, to find that there were NO vending machines, so no drinks available. Asked receptionist, who said she'd get us a drink of water, which was then never seen or heard of again. The waiting room when first arrived, had 2 sick bowels, that were full, and left there for the entirety of the 6 hours we were there. Would rather go home and suffer with broken bones than go back to Walsall Manor. Absolutely appalling."
