"Very disappointed with the coffee table purchased. Very poor quality Veneer on the table looking bad and peeling off (it is sold in section"wooden coffee table"!!) Definitely not worthy £169 I paid. The worst thing is that after washing the table for the first time with a wet wipe the veneer came off in some places!! I understand it's a table and as a table it HAS to be washed I cannot understand how cheaply it has to be made for this to happen. The customer service was great so far so I'm just expecting they will deal with the complaint in a professional and timely manner."

After repeatedly calling and emailing I only heard promises to call back, which were never followed through. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.
