"Ordered an egg chair on 3rd March and paid in full. 2 days later I get an email saying order cancelled. I was totally confused and emailed them to find out what was going on. They said to don’t deliver to my area, despite it being a main town, and it wasn’t listed on their exemptions list. I emailed them to explain this and to ask why the order was cancelled and when I would be refunded. They have totally blanked every single email I’ve sent - and I’ve easily sent 10. Treat this website and the company like the plague as that’s what they are. And always, always pay by credit card."

"I ordered an egg chair in May, still waiting for delivery. I have emailed several times, spoken to a few in customer services all I keep getting is it will be delivered shortly. Now trying to get a refund is with zero luck. The worst shopping experience ever if - zero was a thing that's what I would give this shop!!! Wish I had looked at reviews before placing an order. Never again even if it's for free>."

"The most awful company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the money, time and hassle and go elsewhere! I Ordered the Mykonos sofa, was promised 2 week delivery as I needed the sofa fast. 6 weeks later and my sofa still had not arrived. Called the company and emailed them SO many times, with no replies, when they did reply to my emails I was constantly fobbed off, being told they’d arrive ‘soon’ (was told this for 4 weeks running). Looked into the company more and spoke to other customers to find out their experiences. Everybody I spoke to experienced the same level of unreliability as me. In the end I cancelled my order and asked for refund. Didn’t even receive an explanation or apology from the company. They should not be allowed to trade. Avoid avoid avoid."

"I ordered the U shape 9 seater and firepit, I can hands down honestly say one of the best purchases I have made, Brilliant priced quick delivery hassle free from beginning to end. There has been quite a few negative reviews from egg chair orders, I think this has been a pretty unfair and not a true reputation of the company. I personally work with suppliers and shipping companies of my own and I personally see how all over the place this is at the moment and I am sure this will be the main reason for these reviews. I think we should all be supporting small businesses rather than trying to close down a lively-hood. At the end of the day this isn’t someone make mega millions on a multi billion pound company this will more than like be a family run business trying to make ends meet. Once again thank you to all the staff and for my order I am much appreciated. I would recommend and definitely use again."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered an egg chair on the 6th of June 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered in July. I heard nothing from them so I had to contact them to be told a load of rubbish and blaming ports being on strike and that it would arrive in august. It never did! I emailed again as you can’t get through to them any other way by the way! And they told me the same story again and that delivery will be in a few weeks and that the courier would get in touch to arrange a suitable date… oh and for the inconvenience (maybe because it was almost winter) they would include a free egg chair cover! Guess what!!! I never heard anything again, so I emailed again. I got the same story for the fourth or fifth time and so I said cancel my order and refund me. They literally instantly cancelled my order but I have never received a refund. When I try and contact them now they are just completely ignoring me. I have had to take legal action. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! They will never ever have another penny off me again and I’ll be sure to tell everybody I know about this shambles, scamming company. Ps. This company isn’t even worth 1 star!!"
