"I ordered an armchair from this person before xmas. He arrived with a swivel chair that also had a rip on the back it wasn’t what I ordered. He told me if I kept this chair he would deliver the armchair the following week and take the swivel back. Since then he has made excuses to now completely ignoring my texts on his personal phone he has blocked me off the site so I can no longer get hold of him. I am almost 70 yrs old and this is not a professional way to treat a customer who has paid for an armchair but recieved something I cannot use. I am taking this further as he is uncooperative."
