"Nice to see a shopping mall with people walking round it and it was midweek. Didn't go in many shops, came from 8 mile away purposely to go to W H Smith as the one in our town is now closed. Had decent selection of shops, shame largest, Debenhams had closed but that leaves a big gap that won't be filled in most shopping and town centres. I prefer to shop in outdoor malls like this one as go into enclosed ones with marble flooring that draws your feet."
"Went in to buy a carpet we'd seen on the website. Person who served us was terrible, couldn't even multiply 4x4, thought it was 12! Quoted 3 different prices for same carpet, each increasingly expensive. And 4 week wait for fitting. In the end we gave up and went to Wakefield Carpet Specialists who sold us a better carpet for half the price and fitted it the same week."
"Bought a sofa at the beginning of August was given a assumed date of 23 September perfect I thought that day came and went called them up to be told the expecting delivery beginning of October tried to call just now I was hung up on never ever will I order anything else from this company oh yes don't bother replying with your sickly apology. Update on the 31st of October my sofa finally arrived delivery time 7.56 precisely I know how ever as the normal for this company it was late and now they want me to give them a good review I don't think so they are the worst company ever I have had the misfortune to deal"
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We are 2 years in from ordering our 1st soda. In 2 years we are now on our 3rd that got delivered today. Previous 2 were electric recliners, and both creaked like mad! Various visits from engineers to fix the issue but never did. 3rd one deleievered ( Different Make ) and to no surprise it creaks!!! You can't even sit on it!!!!"
"Do not buy sofas from this company . They sell you la-z- boy sofas claiming they are real leather when they are not. I paid £5000 for these sofas expecting good quality but the leather started peeling in just a few weeks and what’s worse is scs totally ignore you. I have sent them emails and tried calling them but once they have your money they do not care. They are still selling these sofas knowing they have had numerous complaints about the leather peeling off. I will be reporting them to trading standards."
