"Bought a Velerup wardrobe from the york store . It took a couple of weeks to arrive I was pleasantly surprised at the quality as I hadn't seen it in store . Quite heavy solid build and good instructions (took two to lift it into place once the back was on . Draw runners were metal not cheap plastic ones from other suppliers. Would recommend to anybody ."
"It is a very useful, handy and practical store. What you need for your home you can get them from this shop such as waste bins, cusions, plates, duvets, furniture...etc. Their designs a bit look like ikea s one but I find them cheaper than ikea. Their staff also very polite and helpful.All in all I love it."
"Came from Mansfield to pick up an order we reserved online. 1 chair was badly damaged(large hole/cut) in the set so asked if they could swap it for another chair that was there on the shop floor in front of us ? Assistant rang the manager who said no it has to be sold as a set. We weren't happy with the 20% discount offer for a chair not fit for purpose when they could have sold a full set full price just by swapping a chair !!! Very Poor management, think twice before using this service & travelling."
