"Just bought a sofa from here (York) on second visit. Both times served by Victor H who was welcoming, patient to answer many questions, and willing to offer up info and advice. But no “hard sell” - I felt I bought the sofa, rather than it being sold to me - and I was given time and space to think through my options, without being pressured to decide. The free coffee and warm cookies is a nice bonus. Store seems quite spacious, clean, well organised. Victor was willing to discuss pricing, etc, with me in a flexible way, which would not be possible if buying online. Now need to wait and see if the delivery times, order processing, actual delivery, and the sofa itself are up to expectations!"
