"Came over a month ago to get my wheels aligned and payed £70 for it. Within a month I was back and my wheels were out of alignment. I had booked an appointment and when I turned up the only person to do my alignment hadn’t even turned up so I waited 30 minutes until they did. They then “aligned” my wheels but told me my caster was off but they couldn’t do it due to no tools. I then called around other garages who told me my car doesn’t even have caster alignment option and I should have been told that. I tried to call later to get a print out of the alignment but the guy on the phone was rude and refused to take a picture of it when the printer didn’t work. He even hung up the phone on me! I came back later to get a picture of the alignment myself and they told me they deleted it so my car went back on the ramp - to which I was surprised to see that my wheels were out of alignment again when it had only been 5 hours. I took it to another garage the next day who told me Kwik fit did an awful job of aligning the wheels and didn’t even bother to align my steering wheel. Never coming back again, awful service, awful job and expensive for nothing."

"Happy with the service received, My van MOT was completed within the hour as promised. I was advised I needed a new drive shaft boot because mine had severe corrosion. This drive shaft boot was supplied and fitted the following week. Excellent service and would like to say I was especially pleased with the courtesy and manners I received when dealing with a young chap called Floyd."

"The service was good. However the person who fitted the tyres forgot to put the locking wheel nuts back in the car. If I had not mentioned it they'd have been lost forever. This happened to me years ago at the same Kwik fit which is why I knew to ask. Disappointing end to what should have been a good service."

"Top quality customer service!! Took my car to the Sydenham branch as it has a slow puncture. The staff were absolutely amazing. I went with my young son and they were so friendly and accommodating. They helped in every way they could and got to job done despite having a lack of staff. My son wanted to speak and the manager treated him like an actual customer and not just a child. He listened to him and took him seriously. Even when my son spoke about the water dispenser not working the manager took action and helped him. Even joking with my son. A1 customer service from both the manager and the young man who fixed my tyre. Thank you so much."
