"I've had several Volvo's and always had good service from Braydons, having even purchassd a Braydons directors old C70 in 2012 from them... Moving on 7 years later to present day and I've bought a Volvo again, and needed some work done. Tried to contact Braydons but just could not get through on the phone for days, and when I eventually did, gone was the warm friendly tone at the other end of the phone... seem to have gone very corporate since they became Sentinels Volvo and moved from their old premises. Couldn't even get the car booked in because the receptionist, although polite, seemed in such a hurry. Now I'm stuck currently looking for another Volvo specialist to change my ETM and a PAS line on my V70, will probably have to go out of London for another Volvo specialist. Sad. Very sad."

"Very Good Service. Braydons have been helpful with the 3 Volvos I've owned over around 14 years. (A 340, an 850, and a V70). They've given excellent service with very reasonable charges. I've been very happy with them. Unfortunately, they are now closed. I understand their site was bought by one of the major football clubs in the area!"

"I agree that the reception staff are very helpful and friendly . I have had my car in on two separate occasions and both times I have had to take it back to them as they had not done the jobs that the car was in for. I live a good distance away from the garage and it was a pain to take it there and collect it again. This all made it a very disappointing experience as I thought them being Volvo specialists it would be a more professional and knowledgeable service . Unfortunately this is not the case and I could not recommend them at all."

"First, this service left good impression. People who work in reception are friendly and helpful. But... after taking my car home I heard some weird noise in the wheel. Had to came back they fixed it in 10 min and apologized, but it took me 2 extra hours out of the day!! After a month I checked pressure of tyres (this service fitted new ones) and I was amazed. One was 45 and another was 60 PSI. Recommendation for this car is Max 41 when fully loaded. Do people know what they are doing in the garage? I need some more works to do in the car, but started to doubt if I should come back."

"Have made three phone calls for an update On my car, over a three day period. As yet I have not been contacted . Not good for Customer satisfaction !!!!!!!!!!!! However Today contact hasbeenmade and I must say That the work has been carried out very Well and the cost was very reasonable"
