"Have been coming to this garage managed by Tom for years but yesterday was bitterly disappointed with the service I got. My wife's car engine had been making a strange noise and the battery warning light had come up on the dashboard. When I explained this to the team, they said they would check it out and reported back to me that there was no problem. My friend asked if they had checked the automator, which they said they had done. Later on yesterday I drove my family to North London and the engine stopped, it took AA 4 hours to change my automator and other parts of the vehicle. They say that familiarity breeds content and it certainly applies here. I feel yesterday from my interactions that Tom and team have sadly palmed me off without the care and attention they used to give. I will not be coming back."

They snapped my wheel nut key, instead of trying to find a solution, but simply phoned my wife to take the car away and to sort out the predicament elsewhere ourselves on our own cost. I am not really impressed with the way how they handled the case - aren't they a garage themselves? How ridiculous they would ask a client to get the wheel nuts losen by some other garage and then turn back to them to have the tyre changed please?"
