"Lovely friendly mum and daughter duo kind funny and I didn't feel awkward over my disability with them they put me at ease straight away. Easy accessible all though will say room is small and bed does not go down so you need too be able too transfer easily with a tilt on your chair and a small electric chair is recommended i took my salsa m2 and tilted it and managed the transfer although the ladies will help as much as they can. Very reasonably priced all details and prices on the website. This for me is going too be my regular place too go. Thank you i will see you both soon.Recomend the ladies too any one such lovely ladies"

"I have not visited myself, but i have heard a lot of stories from friends - It seems to offer a very unprofessional service to both their staff and their customers. No-one should be made to feel uncomfortable or bullied at any stage. Perhaps they could benefit from some training on customer service and employee satisfaction?"

"Very friendly, pleasant staff with high expertise. Nothing is too much for them. They make you feel like a personal friend. Prices are in line with other establishments, in fact some are lower, with offers at times. Only visited initially with a groupon voucher, but have continued to visit. Please don't take notice of a review from another who seems to me to obviously have some gripes with someone or something connected with this establishment. I am writing this review after at least seven visits, during busy Chrustmas/ New Year period and quiet times. Will continue to visit."

"Worst experience I've had in a salon. The staff (MANAGER!) are chatty between themselves and the crude language used made me feel very uncomfortable, the other staff seemed lovely, the manager seems to be on another planet. The salon is very cold as is the water used to rinse my hair, I did tell the person however her reply was 'it'll warm up 1 day our boiler isn't made to run heating and hot water' I wouldn't recommend this salon at all, I have booked in with another salon because this salon left my hair yellow and bleach was left around my hairline."
