"Stay away! Bought their Groupon offer for 6 laser treatments £69, now I know usually around 12 sessions are needed so I bought two, so already spent £138, only for her to "advise" that I had bought the wrong sessions for what I wanted and needed to pay her an additional £70! So I did, I then had two sessions of treatment. I turned up for the 3rd one and was told that the machine was not working because the building is "too cold" I came back again the following week to be told the exact same thing. Now its winter and as a "professional" She should know how her machine works and the conditions needed to ensure it is working properly. I rebooked for two weeks later and the salon was closed when I arrived. I rang the number on the door. She said she was isolating due to covid symptoms and the shop would be back open the following Thursday... she is the most under prepared, unprofessional person I have ever met. If she already knew the salon was closed she should have contacted all of her clients to rearrange the appointments. Not just let people turn up. I emailed asking for a refund because I wasn't happy with the "service" if you can call it that and was told 'madam is offer never refund' whatever that means. Luckily I have got some of the money back from Groupon and now going through the bank to try and get the rest of my money back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."

"I had my hair was ruined here in April and so much so I ended up paying for extensions to try rectify the mess. I have contacted the owner for her insurance details but nothing so I am now going to contact trading standards. Let's see what happens then after that its going to be a claim in small claims. They have made their fb page so you can't leave comments and blocked me. Now her insurance say they won't pay out but surely this is illegal to have a business with no public liability insurance. Any solicitors out there can clarify this would be great."

"I bought the luxury manicure and pedicure on wowcher. It was supposed to be £56 but I only paid £20. For £20 it's a bit of a push. File and a coat of polish, which is really clumpy, not sure if that's the quality of the varnish. And the footbath looked so old. I would never pay £56 for that. The guy who did it was lovely so that's why I gave 2*."

"AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD, took my 11 year old daughter for a haircut here and they have made a complete mess of my daughters hair, they are not professional at all, kept getting my daughters hair knotted everytime the lady brushed it, the lady didn't know how to hold a hairdryer properly, she kept putting the scissors down and picking them up just before a cut, by the time she had done my daughters hair it was different lengths then the lady used hair trimmers to try and straighten the length which it is still not right, and all at the cost of £29, a very bad hairdressers since its changed hands so seriously avoid this place if you love your hair"
