"My son had his FIRST hair cut today at 11 months. He was made to feel very relaxed and all the attention was on him. Very patient with him, even with him moving his head a lot to see the mirrors! What a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend! Spoke to us both throughout the process!"
"I had a very disappointing experience today at your salon. The only nice thing I can say about my visit is that receptionist was really welcoming and helpful, saved me from walking away from my appointment! 1. First thing, the whole salon needs a deep clean. The first impression should be one of the main focus for the business. The very entrance glass door was dirty, all mirrors had marks. In general not a welcome atmosphere 2. Booking. You should really review your booking system. I booked an appointment for 2:30 but then amendment to 11am however it looked like the hairdresser was clueless about it. One hairdresser for a day, but your booking system allows to book an appointment every 5min! 3. Hairdresser should look for another job. She was very unpleasant, at one point she told the lady at the reception, can't remember exact words, but something like get rid of her and I have suspicion that it was me she was referring to?! 4. My haircut was very basic, don't really see value in what I have received! When I told receptionist that I probably gonna go, because it was 10min past 11 and hairdresser had two ladies before me who needed their hair colouring. Hairdresser had no intentions to hurry up, or talk to me, tell me when it will be my turn, she even went to back room to have some family conversation over the phone. Receptionist offered to hairdresser that she could wash my hair, then hairdresser could cut it and reception could dry it, to which I had no say about it?!. So she washed and she was very nice I had a very bad morning and she was super! I had my haircut, very basic blow dry (I do better myself at home) and no products after the blow dry at all! Why has this caused me £30 I have no idea! Usually after I have been to salon I feel better and people would compliment my hair, after this visit, no one even notice any difference in my hair. I had very high expectations after reading reviews and seing salon pictures on the internet. I saw the award frame for the best salon 2018 and if you had no awards since then, today's experience would explain why! All in all very disappointed, would not go back and would not recommend the salon to anyone and if someone ask my opinion about your salon I would recommend to avoid it. Receptionist deserved a pay rise!"
