"Very bad experience today. The car was not cleaned properly. They demanded money for the car as if it was a LARGE CAR, £20. But the car is not large. The owner was rude! Never going there again."
"Used to come here every week a few month back and the staff was lovely and cleaned my car perfectly couldn't be happier with the car wash until today. The people working there are not the same nor is the quality of the clean you leave with even though prices are higher. Very disappointed it is a fast pace car wash however definitely not worth the money. I left whith bits unhoovered, spider webs still on side mirrors, dirt under my stop lights, back seats not hoovered properly, spots of dirt on the outside and so much more stuff that was not cleaned. When i showed them the places they hadnt cleaned the 'boss' said im picking up on small details and insisted i move my car as their job is done. They were very rude and i was told that if i want everything cleaned that i stated abouve i need a full valet and they don't have time to waste. I was also rushed into paying even though i was not happy with their job and made to leave as quick as possible. This was one of the best car wash' around a few months ago but this experience has changed my opinion and definitely never going back there."
