"Rude staff, that stay in the office instead of coming out to serve the customer. Sign on the window saying do not knock on window we can see you, but then ignore you when they do see you. Thought it was a 1 off when it happened yesterday and walked out, came back today and the same terrible service. Plenty of other options instead of using this store. Dont know if it's a widespread problem at GSF or just the Woodford store"
"I’ve always wondered why GSF failing and because of the staffs that work at this branch are the reason. I ordered parts that should have arrived in 24hrs, I was kept waiting for 4days and the day I go to pick up my parts I was told it’s been sold to someone else. The staffs are rude after me asking why my parts were sold to someone else, even though I offered to pay for my parts at the time of ordering them. Disappointed. GSF needs to review who they hire."
