"Ordered a couple of light bulbs back in July, when I arrived to the store and picked them, I instantly informed the chap on the till that they were bigger than anticipated, so I requested a refund, and I was informed to leave the light bulbs with him and a refund will be issued automatically. Yet almost 2 weeks now and I have not received anything. I would be more careful in the future to receive an email confirmation while in the store or request a receipt before leaving the store."
