"Went instore to buy new wipers for my car. The Deputy Manager of the store helped me find the right ones for the front windscreen. I also needed one for the rear window. Apparently Halfords don't sell any rear wipers for the Toyota. Train your staff to go the extra mile if it means more money in the till. The deputy manager who chose not to help me find a rear window wiper because the policy recommends a charge to take off old wiper and match with a new one. I thought that was lack of customer service as why would I pay if in case there was no match instore! I have had better service in Harrow before they closed down. Kwik fit found me a wiper and fitted it no issues at all."
