"They came to my moms house yesterday to fit a carpet and they were absolutely rude the fitters didn't even know if it was the right carpet they were so rude to me and my family they left the carpet up in on corner they did a shabby job the manager and staff at the shop was rude and had a go at my 70 year old nan who ordered the carpet because they never mentioned once that it would need a join at purchase until the fitters put one in anyway also carpet fitter thought it was okay to lie on my moms carpet and when i asked him to stand up he ignored me and when asked weather he was going to fit the carpet he looked at my like I was on a different planet! AVOID!!!!!!!"
"Had been looking for a short while, there was only one place worth going as I shopped around previously. The assistant in store was very good and helpful and organised a delivery time which was convenient. Installer was superb, really good combination of both! Will be using again, just need for my arm to heal after a break as I need to do some painting in dining room before next install. If you want good service matched with good carpet and value, then look no further!"
