"Shop was fair enough good selection and competitive... But,,, delivery is a total shambles. Waited 3 months for a sofa and delivery date come between 7am and 10am. At 9.30 had a call to say sorry but we haven't got a full sofa for you and will have to arrange another date in the future. Doesn't help that we have nothing to sit on as we removed the old one the evening before. £50 delivery for a service like this is totally unacceptable. Be warned before using the service."
"Fantastic service. I went in to look for bookshelves to compliment some furniture I already have. I already had measurements and photos of what I needed it to go with. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she showed me some that matched my requirements and helped me to narrow it down to what was the best fit. I needed to go home and look at what changes I would need to make to accomodate the best option. There was no hard sell. I returned later and double checked on colour and the size then went ahead with my order. No pressure from staff at all just friendly and very helpful. I went to the Tamworth Store and would highly recommend them."
