"I ordered a fridge freezer for delivery today with a 2 week lead time. I was told by Argos that I will receive a text message prior to receiving delivery to confirm a time slot, also I should expect to receive a phone call when the driver is on his way. Unfortunately, I received no such thing! The driver turned up without my knowledge as I was at my local getting the basics. When I called to explain the situation I was told they are sorry for their lack of communication, however the earliest re-delivery slot is now 3rd March. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have an 8 year old child to feed with no way of storing the food. I have requested a refund and will no be looking elsewhere. If it is urgent I would suggest not ordering from Argos."
