"One word is avoid. Been coming to this dentist over 30yrs had no problems & was very happy with Mr Green. Since changing to dental partners my last visit was shocking to say the least. Had to stand up in the waiting room due to all chairs being taken. Had to prompt the male dentist (I use the term loosely) to clean my teeth on a check up. Following this he preceded to go hell for leather on a scale & polish & damage my front tooth which had a white filling on. Safe to say I won’t be returning. Had to pay another £65 at another dentist to get this sorted. Complained to the practice manager who rang me & kindly said what would you like me to do? How’s about a refund of the check up charge & get more chairs in the waiting room. Expecting people who have recently had a stroke to stand before an appointment is ridiculous. Poor show all round all so you can get another treatment room & toilet in downstairs"

"I went here yesterday, at 7.20 at night to have a tooth out. she were outstandingly nice understanding incredibly caring made me feel comfortable. Honestly I don't no her name but if you see this thank ever so much I were worried you wouldn't take it out. And you did all though it were not easiest. "This place has gone shocking since it changed hands, they've cancelled my kids check ups twice and i waited over 30 mins ringing up where I was number 2 in a queue, gave up in the end.....I have changed dentists."
