He exudes knowledge and understanding of not only high end dentistry, but of the many options available to a patient. If he says it's the best way forward, you can take that to the bank. So after a short meeting I was convinced to go for implants. Again, he made me feel confident in his skillset. Honestly, every visit and aspect of the care throughout was commendable. Every part of the implant procedure went surprisingly quickly, pain-free and handled with 100% professionalism. The team worked around my schedule and I am extremely happy with the final result. Today I’ve had my first root canal and Dr Olivia Bates was so patient with me, constantly reassuring and checking I was ok and I felt no pain at all! After some really bad experiences Dr Olivia has totally reassured me and I have ever confidence in her. I will be back smiling again proudly with her help! And the Dental Nurse Sophie is amazing as well! I genuinely cannot recommend her enough for anyone especially nervous patients!"
