"I attended this morning for a check up. My appointment was for 10.05 with Mr Nowak and I arrived before 10am but at 10.40am I had to leave as I had to go to work and still hadn't been seen. No explanation was given as to why he was running so late and when I told the receptionist that I needed to leave all she said was 'oh, ok' - no explanation, no apology and no offer of another appointment. Not impressed at all."
