"I was accepted here for some emergency treatment and was firstly impressed with welcoming very professional standard of all the reception ladies. Then moving onto my treatment from Dr Zayd Ismail and nurse Hannah Ravenscroft Who made me feel very welcome and at ease as we moved through the process which was not a straight forward extraction to say the least being the broken remainder of an old post crown which from what I gather most dentists would of just referred to the dental hospital but with every confidence was removed by Zayd with Hanna supporting and checking with me the whole time and I really must say I have never felt more at ease and confident at the dentist ever ! the are both outstanding and a credit to the surgery"
