"I was shouted at and called rude today by the lady owner because I answered her questions she asked me about an opinion I had expressed on social media about being charged for card payments at the till. There where many complaint on the tread not just mine. They charge for card payments and there have been times I wasn't told about this charge there are no signs up about the charge either and after today I will be reporting what has happened to trading standards. I only go in here if I am in a rush as its the nearest shop to me. I don't go there to be abused by staff for having a genuine question! Wont go in again!"
