"Fantastic service from Sam Jaques proper 5 star service & she has been in the industry for 19 years (and I found this out by accident due to an email regarding the matter at hand). So if anyone knows she definitely does as her experience shins through. And I'm sure her other colleagues does the same. I'm flying my x 2 cats back home to the Bahamas after 28 years in England for a 3 year project. I would also like to mention if time is tight that there is a option available for someone in the Bahamas to do the leg work for you in regards to the import permits. Her name is Tirrez Gutirrez. You will still need to provide all the necessary information but you will not need to send via UPS or whomever it maybe as regular post can take upto 4-6 week's. Also it takes 5 working days to produce the permit not 48hrs like it says on the website but once I had sent to Terrez Gutirrez she completed and returned in one day, beat that for Bahamian customer service."
