"Very bad service,so dissapointed. Booked taxi's for 5 working days to dropp off and pick up my kids to and from school,as had very urgent situation. Been aware that on the way are traffic and delays and due this reason,booked them with 20 minutes advance. All started yesterday and they are each time late above 20 minutes,up to half and hr. If you really need taxi on time orr when booked in advance please be aware qit this company you'll be late. Supper dissapointed"

"We needed a taxi at 3.45am on Sunday morning. Our usual firm said " ring back after tea on Saturday and we should know if we have a driver available" - this from a supposed 24 hour service. A friend suggested Local Cars and when I phoned them a very helpful receptionist said there would be no problem. On Sunday morning (middle of the night) we received a text to say taxi had been dispatched and another to day it had arrived with details of car and driver. He arrived at 3.45am on the dot and he was lovely. More than happy to say goodbye to our old cab firm and use Local Cars in future- well done to you"
