"So annoyed. My elderly Mum was let down by passenger cars this morning. She had pre-booked because she had an appointment to attend. No show. What is the point of pre-booking? We won't be using this company again. I'd have given it no stars if I could. Rubbish, avoid!"

"Poor poor company, ordered on the app said 12min pick up time took 1hr 30 to pick us up. Then we pre booked for the return visit (gave 2 hour notice). 15 min after the collection time came still no signs off a taxi called twice and said on the way (not convincing) cancelled on them and called AB much better local service (more expensive but when they say they will pick you up they will pick you up) never again."
