"Ordered taxi and was told 10 to 15 mins after 15 mins rang and was told another 10 to 15 mins and he was really rude. 45 mins later got notification taxi had been dispatched. So would be another 10 to 15 minsI rang back to say it was too late and they just said OK.. no apology. Very frustrating and poor service. When they say 10 to 15 mins when in fact t it was an hour."
"Made online booking a day in advance. Booking was then cancelled with no notification, after ringing on the day to see where the driver was, the operator then told us it had been cancelled which meant missing an important hospital appointment, will not be using again."

I was glad it all worked out, and the car was exactly on time at exactly the right spot in Bolton where I'd asked for it to meet us. The driver was polite and professional and aimed to please us. Also, the car was very nice, a silver Mercedes which was in excellent shape too -- looked brand new!!"
