"This company kept my money and did not do my job. They are fraudster. The company directors have now been taken to court as the have kept peoples money. They are big scammers. I think the company has now gone into liquidation thankfully. I gave the £3000 to renew my wife's spouse visa and they kept the money and did not process her claim. When I phoned them they kept giving me excuses and the solicitor was very rude and started arguing. They are not regulated by any governing body. That says it all. The director should be in prison. I took out a loan to pay for my wifes visa and they kept the money. I had to use another firm and pay another £3000. I never got my money back. I wouldn't even give them one star if there was an option not too. The company is full of fraudulent asian staff."

"What ever you do, please do not use this company! They will take your money and provide you a poor and incomplete service. I used them to apply for my mother's naturalisation. The case worker I used was Nadeem Akhtar. Before I paid for the service they seemed very helpful, but as soon as I had confirmed that I will proceed with their service they became incredibly pushy and rushed me for the payment. I did think it was odd, but because all the reviews I had read on them were fairly positive I did not question it. But once I had paid for the service I struggled to get a hold of Nadeem after that, and when he did communicate with me he rarely answered my questions. I have emailed and called them several times and they never respond to emails or pick up the phone. If you do get a response to your email, it will be an automated email and it will say they are busy and they will get back to your email which they never do. If they do pick up the phone, they will promise to ring you back and again they never do. Unfortunately it is companies like this who will exploit vulnerable people. They will take your money and not provide you the service you require. Even when I made an official complaint to their customer service about my experience and Nadeem, I got an email back that failed to answer my questions and still my mother's case remains on going as they have not followed up on what they had promised and what I had paid for. Please avoid!"

"Big Scam! Very very unprofessional!! Please ignore their good reviews as it’s totally fake reviews, using fake reviews to trap innocent people. Their sale team is very good at good talks to make you pay them for services and there you go, the worst services happen to you. Very Rude and absolutely no customer services. I Have complained to the RSA and the Ombudsman to check out these rogue so called solicitors. And I am definitely going to Media as well. Absolutely Disgusting and con people."

"Do not use this company. The adviser assigned to us (since left the company) used a route for immigration visa that was clearly never going to be accepted by the Home Office. We accepted the "expert" advice but it is far from expert. Further they disclosed the surname of another client in the documentation sent to us - a narrowly avoided data protection breach, and would not even acknowledge that this was shoddy work. I paid £2500 and have asked for a full refund. The visa application was denied because the wrong form was used. They are not registered with OISC. Technically they don't need to be, but my advice to anyone seeking immigration advice would be to ensure that the immigration adviser company is registered with OISC."
