I rang for a taxi who must have been in a rush to get off , when i rang to ask why my taxi had drove off so soon (I was literally given less than 2 minutes to get outside) the woman on the phone was very rude before saying i wouldn't get a taxi for at least an hour & putting the phone down - I don't understand why the one which was sent & decided to be impatient couldn't return. How do they cope woth the elderly or disabled who may take a considerable amount of time to leave a premises? Disgusting telephone service from this individual, when i rang & asked again for another taxi i was told I wasn't a priority & the phone was put down again. Awful receptionist & this is a service i use regularly, i'll ring elsewhere in the future if she answers the phone again. Usually a good service and polite on the phone but she was horrible."
