"Appalling from metro today and will never use them again . I booked to taxis for 7 people for a specific time to make a restaurant reservation. Got a dispatch notice at the time it should have arrived but only for one taxi for 7 people. I rang up and was told that they were short staffed. I had booked 7 hours earlier that day . Had to rely on Uber as the other taxi they sent only seated 6 and am now very late . Don't waste your time there are much better options around these days"

"I used a taxi to the airport and i am very happy with the services offered. The driver was on time. The Driver was also pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my journey and when I got there he helped with unloading my luggage. Very pleased with the services offered and the fee was fair compared to über."

"Taxis always on time apart from once but the situation was rectified within 5 minutes. The staff on phones are friendly and you receive texts straight away confirming and can then track your taxi when dispatch text is sent. Taxi drivers have always been friendly and fairs have always been same give or take a few quid dependent on traffic. They make what they can transparent and are honest if they can't get a taxi for a certain time unlike another local company. Good service all round"

"Called a taxi to collect my son to take him to the school bus stop, I’ve had surgery so can’t drive / walk far. Taxi arrived on the opposite side of a busy road, facing the wrong way. Usually I wouldn’t mind if it was for me but I couldn’t cross the road and didn’t want my kids too. I called up to ask nicely if the driver could please turn around and be on my side of the road because of that and plus then he would be facing the right way. I expected “no problem” but no, the operator started arguing telling me he was on my side and if he on the wrong side of traffic he couldn’t do that, I again explained it wasn’t facing traffic and that he just needed to turn (turn point very easy) around which would put us in the right direction for where we are going anywhere. Again he seemed really put out and continued to argue about which way the driver was facing - I could clearly see which way he was facing. After a good minute of this I told him if it was too much trouble then cancel the driver and he just said said no problem I’ll mark you as a no show! I told him again I couldn’t believe he wouldn’t ask him and that I’ll never call up metro again to which he replied - it’s no skin off my nose, I don’t care love! Wow! Am so taken back by the verbal abuse I just received, shocking customer service. I was so polite to him and he spoke to me like I was some idiot. When I called back to complain he then told me the other operators weren’t based in the Country but another operator confirmed they was all based in Stockport and it was Bernard that I spoke too. They genuinely don’t care if there is a problem. Will never use again or recommend to anyone."
